Paul Eluard

Twentieth-century French poet known for Le temps deborde, Capitale de la douleur, along with other works. He’s remembered like a creator of literary surrealism. He was delivered to a Swiss sanatorium at age group sixteen after he became sick from tuberculosis. He became a member of the French Communist Party and voiced his support for Joseph Stalin. These activities led to his alienation through the surrealist motion. He was wedded 3 x: 1st, to Elena Ivanovna Diakonova (who ultimately remaining him for Salvador Dali); following, to some model and surrealist icon called Nusch (Maria Bens); and lastly, to Dominique Laure. He collaborated with German designer Utmost Ernst. Ernst later on resided in a intimate set up with Eluard and Elena Ivanovna Diakonova.
