Paul Bowles

An American composer, translator, and author, he’s most widely known for his 1949 novel, The Sheltering Sky, which is defined in North Africa and explores the themes of alienation and existential despair. He also constructed and documented Moroccan music and music for the movie theater and published many short story series and poetry amounts. He went to the School of Virginia and afterwards examined music with composer Aaron Copland. He resided in Tangier going back fifty-two many years of his lifestyle. He was the kid of a fresh York City dental practitioner. He wedded playwright Jane Auer in 1938. Gore Vidal known as Bowles’ short tales among the better works of brief fiction ever compiled by an American.
