Patrick Lucey

Democratic Party politician and thirty-eighth Governor of Wisconsin (1971-1977). Beneath the presidential administration of Jimmy Carter, he also offered as USA Ambassador to Mexico. After briefly participating in St. Thomas University in Minnesota, he was stationed in the Caribbean during Globe Battle II as an associate of america Military Quartermaster Corps.
