Oscar Arias


Politics leader who kept office because the Leader of Costa Rica from 1986 to 1990 and again from 2006 to 2010. He received the Nobel Tranquility Award in 1987 for his focus on the Esquipulas II Accords, which searched for to spread democracy and tranquility within the Central American isthmus. He examined at the School of Essex and London College of Economics. He was a teacher at the School of Costa Rica, San Jose from 1969 to 1972. He got wedded to Margarita Gongora in 1973; the few has two kids, Oscar and Silvia. He was honored the Nobel Tranquility Award in 1987, 3 years after Bishop Desmond Tutu .
