Politics leader who kept office because the Leader of Costa Rica from 1986 to 1990 and again from 2006 to 2010. He received the Nobel Tranquility Award in 1987 for his focus on the Esquipulas II Accords, which searched for to spread democracy and tranquility within the Central American isthmus.
