Ollie Matson

Hall of Popularity halfback who was simply a 6-period Pro Dish selection and scored 40 touchdowns during his 15-yr profession. He also earned two medals in the 1952 Helsinki Olympics, acquiring sterling silver in the 4 by 400 meter relay and bronze in the 400 meter single competition. He was an associate from the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity in the College or university of SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. He was inducted in to the University Soccer Hall of Popularity simply four years after becoming named towards the Pro Soccer Hall of Popularity. He fathered four kids with Mary Louise Paige, whom he wedded in 1952. He was called Co-Rookie of the entire year in 1952 along with Hugh McElhenny.
