Norman Bethune


He’s a hero in China, and a renowned physician in Canada who brought both countries closer jointly. He offered in the United kingdom medical corps in WWI on the fight of Ypres. In old age he became sympathetic to communism, with the outbreak of WWII, he mobilized a Canadian medical device embedded using the Chinese language military. His wife, Frances Campbell Penney, divorced him due to his lavish life style. Daniel Palmer is certainly another well-known Canadian doctor.
