Biography

Halfback who all won the 1939 Heisman Trophy seeing that a member from the School of Iowa Hawkeyes. He tragically passed away while training to become U.S. Navy aviator in Globe Battle II and in his honor, the School of Iowa called its soccer stadium after him. He starred in both golf ball and soccer at Adel SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL. He was inducted in to the University Soccer Hall of Popularity in 1951. He’s the kid of Nile and Francis Kinnick and he grew up with two brothers, Ben and George. He defeat out Joe Louis and various other greats for the 1939 Associated Press Man Athlete of the entire year award.
