Well-known for his Seattle-based PBS cooking displays Nick Stellino’s Family members Kitchen and Cucina Amore, this Italian-born chef can be significant for his cookbooks, such as Nick Stellino’s Glorious Italian Cooking and Nick Stellino’s Passione: Pasta, Pizza, Panini. After abandoning a profession on Wall Road, he became an apprentice of Italian-American chef Celestino Drago. He produced frequent appearances in the Aspen Meals and Wine Event. He spent his youngsters in Palermo, Sicily, Italy, and later on lived and worked well in NEW YORK before settling in LA, California, along with his wife, Nanci. He and Laura Vitale are both Italian-American superstar chefs.
