Nick Knight

Former left-handed starting batsman for England, played in 100 ODI’s, captain of Warwickshire from 2003 to 2005 and earned a County Tournament in 2004. He went to Loughborough School and gained the Daily Telegraph’s Teen Cricketer of the entire year award in 1989. He joined up with the Sky Sports activities cricket commentary group after his pension from playing in 2006. He’s distantly linked to the 1930’s British Check bowler Hedley Verity. He and Ian Bell are two from the just Englishman with a hundred or even more ODI caps.
