Liberian politician who served as the finance minister of Liberia in Charles Taylor from 1999 to 2001. He graduated from senior high school at the faculty of Western world Africa and visited the School of Liberia. He was referred to as a member from the Liberian Future Party and he positioned 12th out of 22 applicants in the 2005 Presidential elections. His parents elevated him in Monrovia, Liberia. He and Joyce Banda both offered as politicians in Liberia.
