Muhammad Ahmad

Religious leader from the Samaniyya order in Sudan from 1881-1885. In 1881, he announced that he was the Mahdi or the messianic redeemer from the Islamic beliefs. He was thinking about religion from a age group and after sticking to Sheikh Muhammad Sharif for seven years, he was honored to become Sheikh and journeyed around on spiritual missions. He led an effective military advertising campaign against the Turco-Egyptian federal government from the Sudan. He was raised in a family group of descendants from the Prophet Muhammad. He’s a descendant of professional Alexander Siddig.
