American illustrator that has illustrated children’s books and it has been the runner-up for the American Caldecott Medal 3 x. She worked like a reporter for the Baltimore Sunlight for a short while before you begin to illustrate folk stories. She released a wordless picture publication called The Gray Lady as well as the Strawberry Snatcher. She was created to her family members in Princeton, NJ. She actually is an designer from NJ like Violet Oakley.
