Mohsen Chavoshi

Known for such albums as Coat, White Flag, and We Myself Am The Thirteen, this Iranian pop, rock, and blues vocalist and songwriter also released many singles, including “Metro,” “Haa,” and “Kashki.” His debut record, Nefrin, was unofficially released in 2004. He became known for incorporating Persian instrumentation into rock and roll music. A indigenous of Kurdistan, Iran, he afterwards settled in the town of Mashhad. He constructed the soundtrack for Santouri, a 2007 film aimed by Dariush Mehrjui.
