Mirko Racki

Croatian artist whose most well-known paintings were motivated by Dante’s “Divine Comedy,” a motif with which he was preoccupied for some of his career. He researched in the Teacher’s Academy in Zagreb, Heinrich Strehblow’s artwork college in Vienna, and with Vlaho Bukovac in the Academy in Prague. He coated in the Secession design and was connected with Vienna’s Artwork Nouveau motion. His family members was surviving in the city of Novi Marof when he was created. He and Alphonse Mucha had been fellow Artwork Nouveau painters.
