Miriam Defensor Santiago

Biography

Filipina senator who also served being a judge over the International Offender Court. She examined political science on the University from the Philippines, Visayas. She was Secretary from the Section of Agrarian Reform in the Philippines through the past due 1980s and early 1990s. She was narrowly defeated in the Philippines’ 1992 presidential competition. She wedded Narciso Santiago in 1970. She offered as Secretary of Agrarian Reform beneath the presidential administration of Corazon Aquino.
