Miranda Otto

Biography

She had her first noted supporting function in 2000’s What Lays Beneath. She also performed Éowyn, Female of Rohan, in Lord from the Bands: BOTH Towers and Lord from the Bands: Return from the Ruler. Her acting profession started with minimal jobs in Initiation in 1987 as well as the 13th Flooring in 1988. She performed the type Maddy Dean in the 2014 Television series Rake. She fulfilled her husband to be, Peter O’Brien, while executing in the play A Doll’s Home. She and Peter possess a daughter called Darcey. She became pregnant while filming the 2005 Tom Luxury cruise research fiction film, Battle from the Worlds, which nearly made her ignore her role.

1 Everyone says you should get a photo taken of yourself while you're pregnant. I've got a film [War of the Worlds (2005)]. It'll be nice for my daughter, too, to look at one day. She was in it.
2 [When asked about her worst memory of being involved in the Lord of the Rings trilogy] "When we were doing reshoots, we spent a few days doing the scene where I'm fighting the Witch-King. It was hard coming back after a couple of years away and not being as fit as I had been then."
3 I'm so fair that I didn't go in the sun as a child. When all my friends were on the beach, I was going to ballet. The teachers there didn't like you going in the sun, so I never did.
