Serbian scientist who produced many important discoveries with regards to the Earth’s environment. Among his essential contributions to contemporary climatology can be an understanding of the way the Earth’s environment is influenced by its placement with regards to sunlight. He was a high student on the Vienna School of Technology, where he examined Civil Anatomist. The Western european Geophysical Society’s Milutin Milankovitch Medal, awarded to those people who have made significant efforts to climatology, was founded in his honor in 1993. He previously a twin sister and three brothers who passed away of tuberculosis. He and England’s Adam Lovelock are both renowned climatologists.
