Jazz bass guitarist. He used many world-famous music artists and received a Grammy Honor for his focus on the recording Kilometers & Quincy Live at Montreux. He analyzed music at Temple University or college through the 1960s and early 1970s. He later on taught at NY University. He released a bass playing manual entitled Contemporary Strolling Bass Technique. He was created in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was raised playing both acoustic guitar and bass. In the 1980s, he performed the sitar in a number of live shows with renowned musician Ravi Shankar.
