Infamous for his 1989 indictment in charges of investment fraud and racketeering, this businessman built his wealth through his work in the high-yield bonds market. After portion a two-year jail term, he founded a California-based economic think tank known as The Milken Group and in addition donated huge amounts of cash to medical analysis.
