Michael Kpakala Francis

Archbishop Emeritus of Monrovia for the Roman Catholic Chapel. He became a priest in 1963 and became Archbishop of Monrovia in 1981. He was the 1st priest to institute the Catholic Justice And Peacefulness Council in Liberia. His parents elevated him in the Kakata Area of Liberia. He and Bishop Desmond Tutu had been both Archbishops in African countries.
