Mel Carter

1960s pop and spirit vocalist best remembered for a favorite 1965 music entitled “Keep Me, Thrill Me personally, Kiss Me personally.” The music reached # 8 within the U.S. Billboard music graph and sold greater than a million copies immediately after its launch. His early singles consist of “Whenever a Boy Falls in Like” (#44 on U.S. music graphs) and “The Richest Guy Alive.” His Billboard Best 50 pop strikes include — furthermore to “Keep Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me” — “You, You, You” and “Band of Platinum.” He was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. His debut strike song, “Whenever a Boy Falls in Like,” was created in cooperation with vocalist/songwriter/maker Sam Cooke.
