Basque chef known for his self-named, Michelin star-rated restaurant in Lasarte-Oria, Spain. He started his culinary profession by training like a pastry chef in France. Later on, he required over his family’s cafe. He had gained more Michelin celebrities than some other Spanish chef by 2011. He originated from a long type of restaurateurs and, at age group fourteen, started to just work at his parents’ cafe, Bodegon Alejandro. He and chef Heston Blumenthal both gained three Michelin celebrities at their particular restaurants.
