A former LA Police Division detective, he wrote the tell-all publication, Murder in Brentwood, which recounts the controversial O.J. Simpson trial. He was a machine gunner in america Sea Corps in the first 1970s. He published several other accurate criminal offense books, including Murder in Greenwich and Murder in Spokane: Getting a Serial Killer. Along with his third wife, Caroline Lody, he previously two kids: Haley and Cole. He finished his police profession after looking into the O.J. Simpson murder trial in the 1990s.
