Mario Puzo

Italian-American novelist and screenwriter whose Mafia novel, The Godfather, was modified into Francis Ford Coppola’s famous film trilogy. He also published the screenplays for the Superman films, aswell as novels entitled Fools Die as well as the Dark Industry. He served in america Army Air Causes during World Battle II and graduated from the town College of NY. He released his first brief story, THE FINAL Xmas, in 1950. He was significantly affected by Russian novelist Fyodor Dostoyevsky, using estimates from Dostoyevsky’s The Brothers Karamazov and additional functions in multiple magazines including The 4th K, The Family members and The Dark Industry. He was raised in NY City’s Hell’s Kitchen community. In 1921, he wedded Erika Puzo, with whom he continued to possess three sons and two daughters. The Godfather became a broadly effective film starring Al Pacino and Marlon Brando.
