Margot Lee Shetterly

Former expense banker turned writer who rocketed to popularity after the launch of her publication Hidden Numbers: THE STORYPLOT from the African-American Ladies Who Helped Get the Space Competition. The publication would inspire the film of the same name. After graduating from University or college of Virginia, she worked well for quite some time in investment bank before moving into various press startups. In 2013, she founded The Human being Computer Project, a business focused on archiving the task of women computer systems and mathematicians through the start of NASA and NACA. Her dad was a study scientist at NASA-Langley Study Middle and her mom was an British teacher at Hampton University or college. She and her spouse, Aran, founded the newspapers Inside Mexico. She offered the film privileges to Hidden Numbers prior to the books launch. The Oscar-nominated film starred Taraji P. Henson, Janelle Monae, and Octavia Spencer.
