Luciano Ligabue

Biography

Italian singer and film director who burst onto the Italian rock scene along with his single debut Ligabue in 1990. He 1st branched out into film directing 1998 using the release from the theatre Radiofreccia, which he also had written. He was a manufacturer worker before becoming a member of the music group Orazero in 1987. His songwriting skills were later found out by Emilian vocalist Pierangelo Bertoli. His music “Certe Nott” was voted as the very best music from the 1990’s inside a poll carried out by a significant Italian music journal. He wedded Barbara Pozzo in 2013. He offers children called Linda and Lenny. He and rapper Jovanotti collaborated within the music “Il Mio Nome e Mai Piu” in protest from the Kosovo Battle in 1999.
