The American writer of a lot more than thirty works of fiction and nonfiction, he is most widely known for his Pulitzer Prize-winning 1926 novel, Early Autumn. His various other popular works add a Contemporary Hero (1932) as well as the Rains Emerged (1937). Finishing his studies on the outbreak of Globe Battle I, he volunteered for the Foreign Program and drove fight ambulances in France. A lot of his books, including Green Bay Tree, Early Fall, and AN EXCELLENT Woman, cope with the theme of people endeavoring to defy family members and custom. He was created in Mansfield, Ohio, and was the kid of Charles and Mary Bromfield. He and Jean Stafford, delivered twenty years aside, had been both recipients from the Pulitzer Prize.
