Louis Brassin

Well-known for his piano transcription from the oft-recorded Magic Open fire Music from Pass away Walküre by Richard Wagner. He debuted in concert in Hamburg when he was six and began their studies at the Leipzig Conservatory when he was seven. He added very much to Belgium’s musical tradition while a piano teacher in the Brussels Conservatoire. His dad was a baritone. He’d later tour along with his two brothers. He transcribed many items from Wagner’s Band Cycle, a few of which were documented by Isador Goodman.
