Linnie Marsh Wolfe

A Michigan-born librarian and Pulitzer Prize-winning writer, she is most widely known on her behalf 1945 biography of naturalist John Muir. After getting her bachelor’s level from Whitman University and her master’s level from Radcliffe University, she graduated in the School of Southern California’s collection school. She passed away before she could obtain her Pulitzer Award. She wedded Roy Wolfe in 1924. She was created in Michigan, and she afterwards trained in California and proved helpful being a librarian in Washington. Her biography of John Muir gained her the Pulitzer Award in 1946.
