1950s rock and roll ‘n’ move singer who was simply nicknamed The Queen of Rock & Roll and who sang a cover of “Tremble, Rattle and Roll.” She backed her early musical ambitions by traveling a laundry pickup truck. Her 1st group was known as The Downbeats. Her debut solitary, “I’D LIKE You to become My Baby,” offered one million copies in 1955. She by no means married. She experienced a small function in Jerry Lewis’s 1961 film, The Girls Man.
