Libby Trickett

Famous Australian swimmer who gained gold medals on the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympics. She established women’s records in various events, like the 50 metre freestyle as well as the 200 metre freestyle. She was created in Townsville and went to the all-girl boarding college Somerville Home. She announced her pension in ’09 2009 but enjoyed a resurgence to earn her 4th Olympic silver medal on the 2012 Olympics. She wedded fellow swimmer Luke Trickett in 2007. She defeat fellow Australian swimmer Jessicah Schipper by 0.09 seconds in the 100m butterfly event.
