Liam O Maonlai

Irish singer, guitarist and keyboardist who increased to fame within the 80’s as an associate of the rock-band Hothouse Flowers, featuring members of My Bloody Valentine. He released his single debut Rian, offering songs sung within the Irish vocabulary, in 2005. He earned an under-18 All-Ireland Prize for his prowess for the Irish drum referred to as the Bodhran. His 3000-mile trip to play on the Celebration au Desert in Mali was noted within the 2008 documentary Dambe: The Mali Task. His brother can be Colm O Maonlai. He used upcoming My Bloody Valentine frontman Kevin Shields during his period using the Hothouse Flowers.
