Dry-goods salesman who all invented denim slacks and founded the very first blue-jeans manufacturing firm, Levi Strauss & Co. He became an American in January 1853 and transferred to the Western world Coast to SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA during the elevation from the California Silver Rush to broaden his family’s dry-goods business. This is the very first incarnation of Levi Strauss & Co. His Levi Strauss Base gave its initial donation in 1897 towards the School of California, Berkeley. He was raised with five siblings. His brothers Jonas and Louis founded a low cost dry-goods business in NEW YORK known as J. Strauss & Co., which planted the seed products for his business down the road. His company’s marketing campaign in 2012 celebrated the brand new spirit of that time period, but conservative chat show web host Glenn Beck sensed it was a really special event of anti-American progressivism, leading him to denounce Levi’s and start his own type of jeans, 1791.
