Renaissance musician, inventor, polymath, musician, and architect who all painted the Mona Lisa as well as the Last Supper and drew the iconic Vitruvian Guy. He also devised such futuristic technology as tanks, focused solar powered energy, and adding devices, and spearheaded some essential breakthroughs in anatomy, civil anatomist, optics, and hydrodynamics. At age 14, he became an apprentice towards the musician Andrea del Verrocchio, who was simply known as one of the biggest artists of this. He was categorized a master with the Guild of St. Luke when he was 20. His sketches of traveling machines, while non-functional, stand as types of technological thought and imagination, producing da Vinci the perfect Renaissance Guy. His parents, the peasant Caterina as well as the notary Piero Fruosino di Antonio da Vinci, acquired him out of wedlock. He was billed with sodomy in 1476, resulting in long-held rumours about his intimate orientation. He and Michelangelo Buonarroti both described Renaissance art.
