Lee Loughnane

Founding person in the rock-band Chicago, the group that released “Saturday in the Park” and various other strike singles. A vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, he performed flugelhorn, drums, cornet, electric guitar, trumpet, and key pad. His band started as THE BEST Thing and was afterwards re-named The Chicago Transit Power before finally getting Chicago. He belonged to Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, a music fraternity. He was wedded to Susan Marie Steele from 1970 to 1972. His 1979 relationship to Elizabeth Cunneff created a kid, and his afterwards relationship to Patricia Leininger led to another two kids. He later acquired another child along with his 4th wife, Megan Cathleen Dark brown. He and Peter Cetera helped discovered the music group Chicago.
