Democrat politician who became a US Senator from NY when Hillary Clinton vacated her chair to be Secretary of Condition in ’09 2009. She was also an associate from the U.S. Home of Staff from New York’s 20th district from 2007 to 2009. She went to Dartmouth University where she majored in Asian Research, learning in both Beijing and Taiwan, and graduated magna cum laude in 1988. She performed an active function in repealing the U.S. military’s “Don’t Talk to, Don’t Inform” policy within the Senate. She wedded Jonathan Gillibrand in 2001 and acquired two sons, Theodore and Henry, by him. She was preceded by Hillary Clinton as Senator from NY.
