King Tubby

Jamaican sound engineer who was simply a large influence around the development of the dub design of music in the 1960s and 1970s. He worked well like a radio and tv repairman at his personal electrical repair center in Kingston, Jamaica. He also worked well as a disk cutter for maker Duke Reid in 1968. His family members originated from Kingston, Jamaica where he also was raised and worked well. Carlton Barrett performed drums on the initial tabs on the song Ruler Tubby Matches The Rockers Uptown, which he dubbed in 1974.
