American singer most widely known for her use the music collective Postmodern Jukebox, performing vintage arrangements of contemporary hits like John Legend’s “Most of Me” as well as the Post Service’s “Such Great Levels.” She’s also recorded choices of original materials just like the Gravitate EP. She was raised in NY and Maryland. She went to the NYU Tisch Clive Davis Institute of Documented Music. She shows up in Jay Z’s “Picasso Baby” brief film, filmed at NY City’s Speed Gallery. She’s a mature sister called Ashia. She protected the George Michael music “Careless Whisper” for the Postmodern Jukebox recording Clubbin’ With Grandpa.
