Associated with the Cambodian Group for Democracy Get together, he had taken office in 2006 as the first LDP President. Also a businessman and a lawyer, he proved helpful in the consumer electronics field and offered in the Cambodian Ministry of Interior. After briefly participating in the Royal School of Phnom Penh’s Section of Mass media and Conversation, he gained a law level from Cambodia’s Royal School of Laws and Economics. From 2003-2006, he offered being a politics consultant from Cambodia’s southern Victim Veng Province. He was raised in Victim Veng, Cambodia, as the kid of two dental practitioners. Before signing up for the LDP (Group for Democracy Party), he announced his account in the Cambodian liberal Sam Rainsy Party.
