In the 1950s and 1960s, this soccer defender performed his senior career for Denaby United, Liverpool, Workington and Scunthorpe United, scoring a profession total of twelve goals. He continued to teach and manage many groups, including Tottenham Hotspur, Bahrain and Western Bromwich Albion. He performed his youth profession for the Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. He coached the Spurs to some 1984 UEFA Glass win and Wearing Lisbon to some 1987 Portuguese SuperCup triumph. He spent his youngsters in Higham, Barnsley, Western Driving of Yorkshire, Britain. During his period as supervisor of Tottenham Hotspur, he authorized star Argentine participant Osvaldo Ardiles towards the team.
