Kate Lynch

The recipient of a 1980 Genie Award on her behalf portrayal of Roxanne within the Canadian comedy film Meatballs, she also appeared in such films as Soup for just one and Def-Con 4. Also a stage celebrity, movie director, and playwright, she added to varied productions at Canada’s Theater Passe Muraille with the Blyth and Shaw theatre celebrations. Early in her profession, she acted in shows of Custard Pie as well as for the Record. She made an appearance in Meatballs with a Expenses Murray; the movie released both Murray and movie director Ivan Reitman to popularity. She taught episode at many Ontario colleges, including George Dark brown College, Ryerson University or college, and University University, Toronto. She performed the part of Pauline Harris in the next area of the well-known Canadian miniseries edition of Anne of Green Gables. Anne of Green Gables and its own sequel, Anne of Avonlea, both starred Canadian celebrity Megan Follows as Anne Shirley.
