Karlis Balodis

Latvian economist, professor, and statistician who taught on the University of Latvia. He examined theology on the School of Tartu before planing a trip to Brazil to are a minister. He’s referred to as the writer of civilian rationing, that was found in Germany through the First World Battle. His parents elevated him in the Koknese Municipality of Latvia. He and Joseph Hilbe had been both statisticians.
