Jozsef Revai

Hungarian politician who served as Minister of Tradition from 1949 to 1953 and was a founder from the Communist Party of Hungary. He spent a decade in the Soviet Union through the 1930s and ’40s. His Communist Party of Hungary was re-named the Hungarian Functioning People’s Party in 1948. The party additional morphed in to the Hungarian Socialist Employees’ Party.
