Josephine Pinckney 

American novelist and poet most widely known on her behalf novel 3 O’clock Dinner. She visited the Ashley Hall College and set up her very own literary newspaper there. She was honored the Southern Writers Prize in 1946. She grew up by her parents Thomas Pinkney and Camilla Scott. She and Eric Temple Bell both examined at Columbia School.
