Jordi Cruz

Award-winning chef who took the lead of ABaC Cafe & Hotel in-may 2010, was honored as Chef de l’Avenir with the International Gastronomy Academy, and became a judge in the program Get good at Chef Spain in 2013. He examined cooking on the Escola Better d’Hosteleria Joviat. When he was 14, he started working on the cafe Cercs Estany Clar, where he received his initial Michelin superstar in November 2002, getting, at 24 years, the youngest chef in Spain and second in the globe to get the difference. He authored Cooking food with Reasoning: Technique and Principles in your kitchen of Estany Clar. He proved helpful as supervisor and mind chef at Angle de Mon Sant Benet and opened up a cafe known as Ten’s Tapas Restaurant in 2012. He was created in Maresa, Barcelona, Spain. In 2006, he was championed as Chef of the entire year CCA, a meeting where he’d become vice president from the jury, working alongside Martin Berasategui, the president from the jury.
