American R&B artist known by his stage name, Jon B. He offers written tunes for performers like Toni Braxton, Michael Jackson, and Color Me Badd. He started performing when he was four and later on learned piano, key pad, bass, and drums. His demos captured the eye of Tracey Edmonds in 1992, and he started writing songs on her behalf and her spouse. He was nominated for any Grammy for Greatest Pop Cooperation with Vocals for “You to definitely Like” with Babyface. His dad was a teacher of music at Cal Condition, and his mom was a concert pianist. His sibling and sister also became music artists. He was a pal and collaborator of Tupac Shakur.
