Jonah Jones

Big Music group and Jazz Hall of Popularity member and Grammy Award champion. He performed on riverboats around the Mississippi River in the 1920s. He began his personal quartet in the 1950s, which became famous for its rendition of “On THE ROAD YOUR GEOGRAPHICAL AREA.” He was created and elevated in Louisville, Kentucky. He made an appearance in the orchestra pit through the opera Porgy and Bess, which starred Cab Calloway.
