Controversial Cajun country music singer known for his outwardly racist recordings, that have been typically targeted at African-Americans. A few of his most well-known tracks, nearly all which were documented in the 60’s, had been included on the 1971 compilation For Segregationists Just. He first started recording beneath the Johnny Rebel moniker in Crowley, Louisiana through the height from the civil privileges movement. His 1st launch was the solitary “Lookin’ to get a Handout”/”Kajun Ku Klux Klan”. Many of his tracks have already been misattributed to additional artists, including Friend Holly, Johnny Horton and David Allan Coe. His delivery name was Clifford Joseph Trahan. He was wedded and he previously a boy. He was interviewed like a visitor on The Howard Stern Display.
