Johnny Giles

Irish soccer participant most well-known for his years with Leeds United, being voted as the club’s best participant ever in 2006. After retiring, he became the mature soccer analyst for RTE Sport. He performed for the Stella Maris SOCCER TEAM in Dublin prior to making his mature debut with Manchester United in 1957. In 2004, he received the UEFA Jubilee Prize as the utmost outstanding Irish participant of days gone by 50 years. He provides four sons and two daughters. Two of his sons also became professional soccer players. He’s the brother-in-law of Nobby Stiles, who was simply his teammate on Manchester United.
