John Millington Synge

A significant Irish playwright, poet, and author, he most famously wrote the The Playboy from the , THE BURKHA, a 1907 dramatic work. His various other works consist of Riders to the ocean, The Tinker’s Wedding ceremony, and Deirdre from the Sorrows. He examined music in Germany before enrolling being a books student on the Sorbonne in Paris. He passed away of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma quickly before his thirty-eighth birthday. He was among eight children blessed into an upper-middle-class Protestant family members in Dublin, Ireland. He and William Butler Yeats had been founders from the renowned Abbey Theater in Dublin.
